Detalle de: NUTRIclock: a tool based on microbiome and artificial intelligence for implementing precision nutrition

Title NUTRIclock: a tool based on microbiome and artificial intelligence for implementing precision nutrition
Description

The role of the gut microbiome in health and chronic conditions including gastrointestinal, neurological, cardiovascular and respiratory diseases is well established. Further, ageing is an important risk factor for chronic disease development. Nutritional interventions have been shown to modulate ageing mechanisms, yet impact is highly dependent on an individual’s genetic make-up, behaviour and lifestyle. With the support of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions programme, the NUTRIclock project plans to develop an instrument for precision nutrition akin to precision medicine, leveraging AI and microbiome data to characterise the effect of nutritional interventions on ageing and health. NUTRIclock will not only enable effective personalised treatment but also support industry in creating beneficial products.
