Detalle de: Architecture and functioning of potexviral replication organelles (APRO)

Title Architecture and functioning of potexviral replication organelles (APRO)
Description

In this project, we propose research to better understand the composition and functioning of the pseudo-organelles that potexviruses form in host cells for replication. We will use tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) and pepino mosaic virus (PepMV; species Potexvirus pepini) as the experimental host-pathogen model. Objectives of the project are: OBJECTIVE 1. To identify novel proteins potentially integrating potexviral replication organelles (PROs). OBJECTIVE 2. To characterize membrane-associated host proteins potentially integrating PROs. OBJECTIVE 3. To characterize host proteins with nucleocytoplasmic localization that relocalize to PROs during infection
