Computational biology and Bioinformatics (CBM): from Proteins to Ecosystems · CBM
Biography
|
I hold a degree in Biology from the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM) and I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Bioinformatics, with a solid background in medical biology and a strong interest in biomedical research and bioinformatics. In the scientific field, I completed a three-month internship at Hospital Universitario de La Princesa, within the Department of Pathology and Cytology, where I gained hands-on experience in biological sample handling, clinical diagnostic techniques, and cytological and histological analysis. More recently, I carried out an internship at the National Museum of Natural Sciences (CSIC) in the Tissue and DNA Collection Department, where I participated in the collection, preservation, and analysis of biological samples. My professional focus is oriented toward bioinformatics research, particularly in metadata analysis. |
