Scientist with 9+ years' experience in Immunology and Oncology. Head of the Bioinformatics Unit of the Instituto de Neurociencias de Alicante (IN, CSIC-UMH) since February 2025: leadership and coordination of the unit, strategic development of NGS data analysis services (RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, ATAC-seq, CUT&Tag, ChIP-seq), design, implementation and maintenance of reproducible pipelines in R and Bash, scientific consulting and methodological support for research groups, internal bioinformatics training courses, and management of computational infrastructure. Postdoctoral researcher in bioinformatics and immuno-oncology at the IN since January 2024. Previously at the CNIC (2016-2023), where she did her PhD with a La Caixa fellowship on the role of AID in Burkitt lymphoma, and performed bioinformatics and statistics analysis of microarrays, bulk RNA-seq and single cell RNA-seq datasets.
