Eva María López Fernández

I am a graduate in Biochemistry with a Masters in Bioinformatics from the University of Murcia. With 7 months of laboratory experience, I have developed abilities in laboratory techniques and in vitro culture. Additionally, I have experience in omics data analysis, specifically genomic analysis, acquired during my final master's project. I possess knowledge of omics data analysis, principles of machine learning, and programming in Python, Bash, R and SQL. During my master's thesis, I worked on the analysis of genomic data from nanopore sequencing in collaboration with the Clinical Haematology Group of the University of Murcia, studying methylation profiles and identifying repetitive elements such as transposons. Predoctoral researcher at CEBAS-CSIC since November 2024 (CSIC Momentum Programme).
