Postdoctoral researcher in the Momentum-CSIC Programme at the INIA-CSIC since December 2024, working on forest genomics. Previously Juan de la Cierva Formación postdoctoral researcher at the INIA (2022-2024) and Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Connecticut (2020-2022), where she led the development of CartograPlant (https://cartograplant.org), a bioinformatic application which integrates genotypic, phenotypic and environmental data, and the associated meta-data, of georeferenced trees connected by analytic workflows. PhD (FPI 2014) at the Universidad Pablo de Olavide and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, on the selective pressures of climate change on the ecophysiology and genetic structure of trees and soil microbial communities in forest ecotones.
