Biotechnologist and PhD in Microbiology with experience in biochemistry, molecular and cell biology, and bioinformatics. Throughout my career I have integrated experimental and computational approaches, relying on programming (Python, R, Bash) for data analysis. I currently work in computational structural biology and AI-assisted protein design, using generative models for protein engineering and the design of therapeutic solutions against infectious diseases. Titulado Superior in AI and Bioinformatics at the Department of Crystallography and Structural Biology of the Instituto de Química Física Blas Cabrera (IQF-CSIC) since December 2024. PhD at the Centro de Investigaciones Biológicas Margarita Salas (CIB-CSIC, 2020-2024), in the Aspergillus Cell Biology group, under the supervision of Miguel Ángel Peñalva.
