I have graduated in Biology from Complutense University of Madrid and have completed an international Master's degree in Biotechnology of Environment and Health at the University of Oviedo. Throughout my academic journey, I undertook several internships, which allowed me to gain valuable experience in diverse environments and cities, thus developing a multidisciplinary knowledge base in the field of biotechnology. I am currently a PhD student at the Biological Research Centre Margarita Salas (CIB-CSIC) in the Biotechnology for the Lignocellulosic Biomass group where I will participate in the project: Lessons from lignin biodegradation for the degradation of non-hydrolysable plastics.
