Biography
|
Graduate in Biochemistry and Master's in Molecular Biomedicine from the University of Malaga. Experienced in biomedical research, both in the laboratory and in data analysis. Primarily focused on studying chromatin replication, with a special interest in alterations in transcription factors activity and chromatin accessibility. To achieve this, I employ a hybrid and complementary strategy that combines advanced bioinformatics analysis (processing and interpretation of sequencing data, e.g., ChIP-seq, ChOR-seq, ChRNA-seq, EdU-seq) and wet-lab techniques (execution of molecular and cellular biology assays to validate computational hypotheses and models). |
