I am a biologist and Ph.D. in Integrative Genomics with a background in molecular biology, bioinformatics, and systems biology. My research focuses on gene regulatory networks and large-scale omics data analysis. Passionate about experimental design, statistical modeling, and computational biology, I have experience developing bioinformatics pipelines and integrating multi-omics data for plant genomics. Postdoctoral researcher at the Instituto de Biología Funcional y Genómica (IBFG) since December 2025, involved in PTM crosstalk analysis in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. PhD at the Universidad Mayor (Chile, 2020-2025), on gene regulatory networks controlling the sulfate deficiency response in Solanum lycopersicum.
