Title	Bioinformatics unit at IBMCP
Description	The IBMCP Bioinformatics Service provides IBMCP researchers and external organisations with the hardware infrastructure, computational tools and expertise needed for modern biological research. Services include: Consultancy for planning bioinformatics activities in grant applications and in experiment design, so that data can be properly processed afterwards. Analysis and storage of large datasets from modern high-throughput techniques, mainly NGS. Development of specific tools, web pages and databases. Administration and support for direct users of the IBMCP computing resources. Other specific bioinformatics needs: preparing scripts, help finding and using external databases, programs and web services, submitting data to public repositories, help writing articles, etc.
