Tool

TFEA.ChIP

Transcription Factor Enrichment Analysis Tool: Identifies transcription factor binding sites that are overrepresented in the regulatory regions of a given set of genes. Requires a list of gene identifiers as input and provides a list of transcription factors whose binding sites are significantly enriched based on ChIP-seq experiments.
