PREMER
PREMER (Parallel Reverse Engineering with Mutual information & Entropy Reduction) is an open-source, multi-platform tool for inferring network structures from data using information-theoretic measures. It predicts links, their relative strength and direction, handles missing values and outliers, and can use prior knowledge. Runs on MATLAB/Octave and Python.
