saCeSS2
saCeSS2 (Self-adaptive Cooperative enhanced Scatter Search 2) is a new version of the saCeSS library for large-scale mixed-integer nonlinear dynamic optimisation problems. It improves asynchronous cooperation and self-tuning for mixed-integer problems and adds efficient MINLP local solvers (Fortran 90/C with MPI and OpenMP).
