In Landete et al. (2005), some references and acknowledgements were inadvertently omitted. On p. 581, Material and methods, Bacterial strains and growth conditions, line 5, the text should read: (Lactobacillus hilgardii 5W, Strasser de Saad and Manca de Nadra 1987).
