Title Postharvest Physiology, Pathology and Biotechnology
Description

Study of fruit quality and its maintenance during post-harvest storage

The Postharvest Physiology, Pathology, and Biotechnology group focuses on studying fruit quality and its maintenance during postharvest storage. This work is carried out using multidisciplinary approaches aimed at understanding the physiological and molecular mechanisms related to fruit quality after harvest, as well as developing preservation methodologies to prevent or reduce postharvest losses caused by physiological and pathological alterations in the fruit, and/or to reduce the presence of mycotoxins.
