Biography
|
David Abia is responsible for the "Analysis and modelling of systems and biomolecules" service area (formerly the CBM Bioinformatics Service) of the Biocomputing and Omics Integration Facility (SBIO) at the Centro de Biología Molecular Severo Ochoa (CSIC-UAM). The area supports CBM research groups and external users with sequence analysis and phylogenies, protein structure prediction (AlphaFold) and modelling of complexes, molecular dynamics simulations, evaluation of interactions and mutations, and machine learning, providing access to local clusters and external HPC resources (CSIC, RES, Google Cloud), from raw data to publication-ready results. |
