Bioinformatician and molecular biologist with experience using Linux systems, High-Performance Computer Clusters, Python, R and Bash for data processing, analysis and visualization. Interested in the application and development of new analysis techniques and software for the big data produced in biomolecular research and beyond. Note: at the CBMSO from September 2020 to March 2025 (Master's thesis on protein evolution modelling, then Bioinformatician at the Biocomputational Analysis Core Facility from June 2022). |
