Genomics and Bioinformatics platform of the Center for Biomedical Research of La Rioja (CIBIR), led by María de Toro since 2016. It provides next-generation sequencing (including Oxford Nanopore) and bioinformatic analysis for clinical genomics, microbiome studies, pathogen genomic surveillance, antimicrobial resistance, viticulture and food safety. During the COVID-19 pandemic it became the regional reference node for SARS-CoV-2 sequencing in La Rioja. |
