[EN] How do microbes adapt to a changing environment? Our lab investigates microbial strategies to cope with environmental change with a special focus on aquatic microbes. We integrate different meta-omic data and environmental information with the aim of better understanding the ecological and evolutionary mechanisms that shape microbial communities. [ES] ¿Cómo se adaptan los microbios a un entorno cambiante? Nuestro laboratorio investiga las estrategias microbianas para hacer frente a los cambios ambientales, con un enfoque especial en los microbios acuáticos. Integramos diferentes datos meta-ómicos e información ambiental con el objetivo de comprender mejor los mecanismos ecológicos y evolutivos que moldean las comunidades microbianas. |
