The goal of this project is to complete the genome sequence and the annotation of three diatoms found within the Valencia Albuferea Coastal Lagoon. This project is a collaboration with the group of D. Tomas Matus at the Institute for Integrative Systems Biology, CSIC, Valencia. Our goal in the project is to perform Iso-seq analyses of the different diatom species and perform the genome annotation of these species. PI: Tomas Matus |
